Purposes of Data Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
For legal consultancy or use of our website:
- performance of a contract or taking actions at your request prior to its conclusion (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- fulfillment of a legal obligation imposed on us, including those related to court or administrative proceedings (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- archival (evidential), potential determination, pursuit or defense against claims, as well as analytical purposes, constituting our legitimate legal interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- for communication and marketing – initiating contact and correspondence, including providing information about our services, which is our legitimate legal interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- for recruitment purposes – fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring an appropriate level of employment (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
Data Retention Period
In connection with the provision of legal consultancy services, we will process your data as long as it is necessary for the execution of these services, and afterward for the period corresponding to the statute of limitations for any claims related thereto.
If we process data to fulfill a legal obligation, we will retain it as long as required by applicable laws.
For recruitment processes, we will process your data until the process is completed, and if you give your consent, we will retain it for future recruitment processes until you withdraw your consent or until the end of the calendar year following the year in which you gave your consent, whichever comes first.
In the case of data processing for the purpose of fulfilling our legitimate legal interest, we will retain your data until you object to the processing of your personal data.
We do not make automated decisions, including profiling, based on the personal data provided.
