PFR Ventures programs

We specialize in comprehensive support in the negotiation of investors’ agreements implemented within the framework of PFR Ventures programs co-financed with FENG funds (including, among others, the PFR Starter Program). We provide legal advice on the negotiation and closing of transactions, including, inter alia, proceedings for entry of the Management Entity into the register of managers of alternative investment funds kept by the Financial Supervision Commission (KNF).

Thanks to our experience and knowledge gained, among other things, in negotiating framework investment agreements concluded within the framework of PFR Ventures programs co-financed from POIR funds, we assist clients in effectively conducting talks with PFR Ventures and private investors. We also support in the process of structuring venture capital funds to provide clients with optimal solutions in accordance with PFR Ventures requirements.
