We advised Cofounder.vc on the negotiation and signing of an investment agreement with PFR Ventures

LLW | Lewczuk Łyszczarek Szymczyk had the pleasure of advising Cofounder VC and its managing partners, Michał Sioda, Tomasz Goliński and Maciej Kowalczyk, in connection with the negotiations and signing of an investment agreement with PFR Ventures under the PFR KOFFI programme.

The new investment vehicle is a continuation of the existing activity of the CofounderZone team. The fund’s strategy focuses on allocating capital to fast-growing technology companies whose products already have clear market validation.

The fund is particularly interested in projects that:

• generate at least PLN 250–300k in MRR (monthly recurring revenue),

• are profitable or close to break-even,

• are seeking capital for further scaling.

Cofounder VC plans to invest in around 8 companies, allocating between PLN 4 and 12 million per portfolio company. While the fund is sector-agnostic, given the team’s track record it will be especially looking for opportunities in the areas of business process digitalisation, sustainability and health-tech.
