We advised Hard2beat and 24Ventures on their investment in Ludus AI.

On the LLW side, the project was led by Jędrzej Szymczyk, LL.M., Anna Zajączkowska and Michalina Mikołajczyk.

24Ventures, Hartmann Capital, and business angels invested PLN 4.5 million in Ludus AI, a Polish technology company developing AI-powered tools for creators working with Unreal Engine. The company’s product is already used by thousands of users each month, and the newly raised funding will support the next stage of growth, transforming it into an enterprise-grade solution – particularly in terms of security, integrations, and deployment models.
