We advised NIF on investment in Orthoget

We are pleased to announce that LLW advised NCBR Investment Fund ASI S.A. on its investment in Orthoget. The LLW team working on the transaction consisted of Jędrzej Szymczyk, LL.M. and Michalina Mikołajczyk.

NCBR Investment Fund ASI S.A., together with IGS Investment, has invested in Orthoget – an innovative company developing breakthrough technologies in orthopedics and regenerative medicine, led by dr hab. inż. Dominika Grygier.

Orthoget is bringing to market OrthoNail, a hybrid intramedullary nail with a magneto-mechanical drive – an advanced medical device that addresses the needs of patients with congenital, developmental, post-traumatic and iatrogenic deformities. The technology may also be applied in aesthetic medicine. Thanks to OrthoNail, the process of lengthening long bones can be more optimized, which in turn may lead to shorter treatment times and a faster return of patients to their daily activities.
