About me
Hanna is a law student at the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław. Her interests focus on criminal proceedings and commercial law. She applies her theoretical knowledge in practice on a daily basis, supporting the team in its day-to-day work. She is fluent in English.Experience
Hanna supports the team in providing ongoing legal services to business entities, including the preparation of corporate documents, the development of transaction documentation, and processes related to the introduction of shares to the capital market. She gained experience as a legal advisor’s assistant at one of Wrocław’s law firms.
