Michalina Mikołajczyk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw in Wrocław, Poland. She provides corporate services to the clients and analyzes contracts as part of day-to-day operations.Experience
She supports the team in conducting comprehensive due diligence studies preceding capital investments, in particular in investment processes in start-up ventures, and resolving and securing any issues shown as risky or dangerous in the final reports of such analyses. Her previous experience was gained as an intern at one of the law firms in Wroclaw, specializing in corporate services for commercial companies. Michalina is fluent in English.
