Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław. She also completed the Intellectual Property Law School conducted by the H. Grotius Center for Intellectual Property Rights. Currently, she is undergoing her legal advisor apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. Michalina has over 3 years of experience in corporate services and transactional advisory. She advises on projects related to shaping the legal framework for projects and services for technology companies. She is also responsible for supporting clients in matters of shareholding structure and corporate governance. She participates in due diligence investigations, particularly analyzing areas of employment, intellectual property, and the use of public funds.Experience

- Comprehensive support for entrepreneurs and individual clients, including the preparation of corporate documents and drafting of contracts.
- Assisting the team in conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations preceding capital investments, particularly in startup investment processes, and addressing and securing issues identified in the final reports of such analyses.
