Marta Kaźmierczak

About me

Marta Kazmierczak is a legal advisor specializing in intellectual property law and contract law. Marta is engaged in advising companies offering IT solutions to the dominant enterprises and public institutions. Marta's current practice includes supporting providers of IT products and services in drafting, negotiating and concluding contracts for the implementation and licensing of the offered solutions, as well as securing intellectual property rights in contracts with staff members and subcontractors for the purpose of fair and safe professional activity. She supports clients in the development of product documentation, including terms and conditions and general terms of service. She has gained experience, among others, in a boutique law firm specialized in intellectual property law and working in the legal department of an FMCG company with international coverage. Marta graduated from the University of Wroclaw with a degree in law and journalism. During her studies, as an Erasmus scholarship holder, she had an opportunity to study at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia. She also completed the School of American Law organized by the University of Wroclaw and Chicago-Kent College of Law and the School of Intellectual Property Rights conducted by the H. Grotius Center for Intellectual Property Rights, as well as numerous trainings in intellectual property law. She takes acre about clients advisory both in Polish and English.
